Ingredients:

olive oil cooking spray

2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

1 ½ tsp. seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)

¾ tsp. paprika

½ tsp. garlic powder

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 lb tilapia fillets, thawed if frozen

Four lemon slices

Directions:

An air fryer should be preheated to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Apply olive oil spray or a paper lining to the air fryer basket.

Combine the flour, seafood seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Tilapia filets should be removed from the packaging and dried with a paper towel. Sprinkle the flour seasoning over each filet, pressing it down to cover the entire piece of fish, then lightly mist the filets with olive oil. Season the opposite side after flipping them over. Without interlocking, arrange the filets in the air fryer basket so that air can flow around them.

Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until tilapia filets can be easily flaked with a fork. You don’t have to flip them. You might need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Serve each filet hot and with a slice of lemon on top.
