List of Ingredients:

1 (13.4 oz.) can dulce de leche

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup white sugar

2 tsp. ground ginger

6 tbsp. butter melted

Three bananas, sliced

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

3 tbsp. powdered sugar

chocolate shavings

espresso powder

Directions:

The oven should be preheated at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, white sugar, and ginger (if using). Press the mixture into the prepared surface in a 9-inch pie dish or fluted tart pan with a detachable bottom.

The crust should bake in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until set. For 15 minutes, let the crust cool on a wire rack.

Then, equally, distribute the bananas on top of the dulce de leche in the cooled crust.

In a large bowl, beat heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes. Place whipped cream on top of the bananas.

Pie should be chilled for at least two hours and up to a day. Before serving, top with espresso powder, cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings as preferred.
